FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- With fears of Ebola on the rise, sales of disinfectant products and Clorox bleach have spiked as well, according to Bloomberg Businessweek.
Clorox has seen a 28 percent jump in sales over the last month. General disinfectants have risen 13 percent, and hand santizer sales are up 8 percent, Bloomberg Businessweek reported.
Products like Lysol and Clorox are listed on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's website as products as having Ebola-killing properties, Bloomberg Businessweek said.
