J. Crew Issues Pink Slips To 10 Percent Of Its Workforce

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Clothing retailer J. Crew fired 10 percent of its workforce and named a new head of women's design on Thursday, according to Business Insider.

J. Crew has Fairfield County locations in New Canaan, Danbury and Greenwich.

About 175 employees from the company's New York office were given their walking papers, and former women's designer Tom Mora was replaced by Somsack Sikhounmuong, Business Insider said.
