Allen Chen, owner of Jinn’s Fresh, was born in Mainland, China. Chen has 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry. In 1999, he moved to the United States to work in a Chinese restaurant to learn the operational aspects of running a Chinese restaurant. Jinn’s Fresh in Fairfield will be his third restaurant.

“February 8th is the first day of the Chinese New Year … and scheduling the ribbon cutting on that first day, means Good Fortune”, says Chen.

The ribbon cutting, led by First Selectman Mike Tetreau, will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend the ceremony to help celebrate at 923 Post Road.
