The folks at Taj Indian Cuisine will hold their official ribbon cutting on July 10.
“It's actually a good thing I can't cook like this because I would never leave the house,” one fan commented on Yelp. “I've never been to India, so I can't compare it to that, but I have tried a lot of Indian restaurants in the area. This is by far the best.”
Tucked behind Billy’s Bakery at 1879 Black Rock Turnpike, Taj features a wide variety of specialty foods from vegetarian and vegan offerings to house specialties.
“We’re really looking forward to serving the community,” said owner Finto Anthony. “This location, right behind Billy’s Bakery, provides the perfect setting to enjoy all the unique flavors of authentic and traditional Indian cuisine.”
Taj is open for lunch and dinner and will have a lunch buffet seven days a week. Patrons can order online and delivery is also available.
The ribbon cutting will begin at 4:30 p.m., July 10 with a free buffet for all who attend.
