FAIRFIELD, Conn. – A commercial office building located at 134 Round Hill Road in Fairfield has been sold for $1.35 million, Southport-based Angel Commercial announced.

The property consists of a 7,350-square-foot freestanding commercial office building on 0.32 acres in the center of Fairfield.

It is conveniently located directly off I-95 at Exit 22. Both the seller, Round Hill Road Partners, a general partnership, and the buyer, 134 Round Hill Road LLC, were represented by Angel Commercial LLC.

No immediate plans have been outlined for changes to the building.

It is home to PriMed, a part of Yale New Haven Health, Northeast Medical Group.
