TRUMBULL, Conn. — Shoppers at jumped full swing into the holiday shopping spirit when the Love It Market popped up over the weekend at Trumbull's Westfield Mall.

The real magic of the holidays is in giving — and customers had that cheer in mind as they perused the good for sale and got a jump-start on holiday shopping.

The Love It Market started at the lower level near JCPenney and filled the upper level of the mall as well.

"I was able to find my mother a beautiful onyx stone necklace for Christmas," said happy shopper Joan Averez.

There were many different vendors setting up shop, with items for sale such as jewelry, knit hats for babies, clothes,  home decorations, handcrafted hats and more.

Westfield Mall is decorated for the Christmas holidays, bringing on the seasonal cheer.

"I got some great ideas for gifts for my friends. There was so much to look at and get excited over," says shopper Jenna Martina.
