Franchisee Rahman Hashimi officially opened the latest palace of popcorn shrimp and spicy sides Wednesday at the Dock Shopping Center.

Stratford Mayor John Harkins stopped off to welcome the Louisiana Kitchen, which features seafood and Cajun-inspired fare as well as its famous fried chicken.
