FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Target is planning to cut jobs, mainly from its headquarters location in Minneapolis, as part of a cost-savings restructuring, reports Daily Finance .
The job cuts are projected to save the company $2 billion over the next two years. Target CEO Brian Cornell is looking to restructure the brand’s focus to key product lines and boost online sales, according to the report.
Fairfield County has Target stores in Stamford and Bethel and two in Trumbull.
