FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Fairfield Public Library's "What's Cooking" series continues Nov. 2 with Artisan Restaurant executive chef Frederic Kieffer.
Kieffer grew up in the countryside west of Paris and discovered a passion for cooking working in local restaurants in the summer.
The "What's Cooking" series features guest chefs sharing the stories of their cooking lives, running a restaurant and a favorite cookbook or recipe.

"What's Cooking" takes place at 7 p.m. in the Main Library's Rotary Room.
