All are welcome to the event, part of the "Build the Loft" capital campaign to raise money for a 3,000 square foot expansion of currently unused FTC space.

"‘FTC Celebrates Disco’ will be the biggest, baddest, boldest, bestest, beat-bangin’est, boogie-down in town. Forget Studio 54, 70 Sanford Street is the place to be," said Allison Ziering Walmark, the evening’s Event Co-Chair.

“Everyone is diligently working to recreate the disco energy and atmosphere. Creative 70s attire is encouraged, but whatever the attire, we promise a night to remember. As FTC likes to say, Come one. Come all. Come together."

“This initiative is critical for FTC. The campaign's success will enable us to continue to grow and diversify our music and arts programming, and increase the educational opportunities for our music students," said, John Reid, FTC’s Producing Artistic Director.

"It will also connect us directly to downtown Fairfield where we will continue to be an artistic hub and economic engine for the community."

The dance party is from 8 to 11 p.m. at the FTC Warehouse, 70 Sanford St., Fairfield.
