Chef Will Cook Up A Storm As He Answers Questions At Fairfield Event

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- From managing a restaurant to choosing vendors, there's a lot more to a chef's schedule than creating fabulous dishes.

Matt Storch, owner and executive chef of Match in South Norwalk and a partner and chef at The Chelsea in Fairfield, will be interviewed by Stephanie Webster, the founding editor of CTBITES. 

Watch them create delicious bites with ingredients from local farms while they chat about their culinary experiences.
