FAFSA 101 Program at the Fairfield Public Library

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Library will host a workshop on proper completion of the FAFSA form, which provides federal and state financial aid for students looking to go to college, on Monday at 7 p.m.

Certified financial planner Dan Patti will lead the program and explain what information is needed before completing the often dreaded FAFSA and give step-by-step instructions using a live 2015 FAFSA application.

The presentation will conclude with advice on how to receive grants and scholarships, regardless of family income.
