The following area restaurants will serve appetizers and other light fare throughout the evening.

The food selections will be paired with a variety of wines donated by Turnpike Spirit Shop.
Attendees will have the opportunity to order their favorite wines at the event.
The event also will include an auction with items such as the weekend use of a BMW vehicle, the weekend use of a Land Rover, a two-hour clinic from the Land Rover Driving School including an off-road driving experience, spa packages, game and theater tickets and professional services.
The event is open to the public; tickets cost $60.
Spring Fling will be from 6-9 p.m. at the historic Burr Mansion, 739 Old Post Road, Fairfield.
