Fairfield Hosting Halloween Costume Dog Parade

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Southport Veterinary Center and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce are holding a Halloween Costume Dog Parade on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Jennings Beach from 2 to 3 p.m.

Residents are welcome to bring their pups for a short parade walk on the beach, and to show off their creative Halloween costumes.

The event is free, but there is a suggested $10 donation per pooch at the on-site registration desk.

The rain-or-shine event benefits the Connecticut Humane Society and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.
