FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Public Library is hosting a unique wellness program Sunday.
"The Fusion of Science and Song: A Unique Wellness Program" is set to begin at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Rotary Room of the Main Library at 1080 Old Post Road, according to a press release.
"Join us for a unique multimedia wellness presentation with health expert Samantha Heller and jazz musician Michael Coppola," Fairfield Library representatives said in the release. "Learn the secrets to looking and feeling your best, managing weight and dramatically lowering your risk for chronic diseases with simple lifestyle changes. Heller and Coppola have created out-of-the-box, evidence-based presentations that have been amazing, amusing and educating audiences."
Registration for the program is required, according to the release. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free.
