Fairfield Public Library Hosts National Readathon Day

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Library, 1080 Old Post Road, will join readers across America for the National Readathon Day from noon until 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24.

The Fairfield Library, 1080 Old Post Road, will hold a reading party on Saturday, Jan. 24 as part of National Readathon Day.

Residents are invited to join the reading party at the main library by sitting down to read in one of the comfy chairs for any amount of time.

Donations will be accepted for the National Book Foundation to help fund efforts to educate, tutor, create and sustain a lifelong love of reading.

Advanced registration is required due to the limited space.
