FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Remember when you could only watch cartoons on Saturday morning? For a flashback of those fun times, come to the Fairfield Woods Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road on Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
Enjoy "The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Movie," a 1979 Looney Tunes film which has compilations of classic Warner Bros. cartoons, hosted by Bugs Bunny. The first half of the film consists of classic cartoons, some of which have been shortened with some scenes removed, featuring Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, Marvin the Martian, and Pepé Le Pew. The second half is full of gags and shorts featuring the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote.
Children are welcome, although they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. No registration required, so you can drop in for a while or stay for the whole show.
