Timothy Milenkevich of Ansonia and Karen Frum of Larchmont, N.Y., ran off with first place trophies in Saturday's 7-mile race in the Lightfoot Summer Series. Milenkevich covered the distance in 41:06, while Frum finished in 49:31.
Anatolie Varotsu of Stamford took second and Nick Fraticelli finished third. In the women's race, Riverside's Sharon Vos was second in 49:56 and Lindsay Russo, 17, of Norwalk took third in 51:28. There were 134 finishers.
The race is part of the annual summer series sponsored by Lightfoot. The next race is a 9-miler on July 24. All races begin at 8 a.m. Runners can find out more information on the organization's website.
