Spring Valley Man Faces DWI Following Police Stop On Main Street

SPRING VALLEY, N. Y. -- A 35-year-old Spring Valley man is facing a driving while intoxicated charge after Rockland County sheriff's deputies stopped his car in Spring Valley, authorities said.

Marvin Arana-Rosales was released after his arrest and is due back at a later date to Spring Valley Justice Court, Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco said in a statement Friday.

A sheriff's officer spotted the car he was driving on North Main Street, police said. The car was being driven erratically, police said.
