Something's Cooking As Restaurant Owner Speaks At Fairfield Public Library

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The "What's Cooking?" series at the Fairfield Public Library will host a visit from Selma Miriam.

Miriam is co-owner of the Bloodroot Vegetarian Restaurant in Bridgeport and co-author of six cookbooks. She will share her story, favorite cookbooks and a taste of a favorite recipe during her visit. 

Copies of both the vegetarian and vegan volumes of Miriam's "The Best of the Bloodroot" will be available for purchase and signing. 

The program is free and will take place in the Main Library's Rotary Room at 1080 Old Post Road on May 5 at 7 p.m.
