Taste Fresh Seafood At Whole Foods Market Fairfield Outdoor Festival

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Whole Foods Market Fairfield is hosting an outdoor seafood festival Saturday, July 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the side parking lot at 350 Grasmere Ave., Fairfield.

The festival will feature special sales and fun activities for the whole family. Attendees can expect to find local fishmongers selling seafood, filleting fresh catches and shucking oysters. The delicious eats and special sales include:

Harpoon caught swordfish for $12.99 per pound
50-pack clams for $14.99
Oyster shucking for $1 per oyster
Lobster rolls for $10
Caribbean shrimp tacos for $8

Eco Farm on Wheels, a mobile farm that aims to spread the concepts of sustainable farming, will stop by from noon to 3 p.m. with a selection of their farmyard friends.

Local vendors will set up demo stations including Gourganic Salsa, a Fairfield-based company bottling salsa made with fresh and local ingredients.
