Saturday, Jan. 26 “Photographic Works by Adelaide Mandeville and Tre Cassetta” Opening Reception: 4-6 p.m. The Pequot Library opens its new exhibit featuring the work of two local artists. 720 Pequot Ave.

Bang on a Can All-Stars “Field Recordings:” 8 p.m. Percussion-based music group Bang on a Can All-Stars play a new set at Fairfield University’s Quick Center for the Arts. 1073 N. Benson Road.

Sunday, Jan. 27 Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut: “Angels and Demons:” 3 p.m. The local choral group performs a mixture of classical, religious and popular songs at Fairfield University’s Quick Center for the Arts. 1073 N. Benson Road.
