Monday, July 23
Bridgeport Bluefish vs. York Revolution: 7:05 p.m. The Bluefish begin a seven-game homestand at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard, 500 Main St., Bridgeport. Tickets range from $8 to $20 at the teams website . The Bluefish also have games Tuesday and Wednesday at 11:05 a.m. and Thursday at 7:05 p.m.
Representative Town Meeting: 8 p.m. Fairfields legislature holds its monthly meeting in the conference room on the second floor of 501 Kings Highway East. The meetings agenda is available here .

Author Talk: Jody Rosengarten: 6:30 p.m. The writer of Rover, Dont Roll Over speaks about her work at the Fairfield Public Library. The event is free to attend in the Memorial Room of the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.
Wednesday, July 25
Farmageddon Film Screening: 10 a.m. The Fairfield Public Library shows a documentary about the shift from small, family farms to large agribusinesses. The event is free in the Rotary Room of the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.
T-Bone Concert: 12:30 p.m. Musician T-Bone performs a show for kids on Sherman Green, at the intersection of Post and Reef roads. The concert is free as part of the Parks and Recreation Departments Peanut Butter Jam Sessions picnic concert series.
Three Way Street Concert: 7 p.m. Local band Three Way Street performs on Sherman Green, at the intersection of Post Road and Reef Road. The concert is free as part of the Parks and Recreation Departments Summer Concert Series.
A Silent Film and Anchor & Braille Concert: 7:30 p.m. The two alternative rock bands perform at the Fairfield Theatre Companys StageOne. Tickets are $17 at the door or $15 at in advance at the box office website.
Thursday, July 26
Chris Rowlands Live: 11 a.m. Childrens entertainer Chris Rowlands brings his mixture of music, comedy and education to Connecticuts Beardsley Zoo, 1875 Noble Ave., Bridgeport. The show is free with zoo admission, which costs $12 for adults and $10 for senior citizens and kids under 12. There will also be encore performances at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Cupcake Creations: 2:30 p.m. The Fairfield Woods Branch Librarys Down Under Teen Center hosts this event for teenagers. Teens are invited to come create edible works of art in the basement of the branch, located at 1147 Fairfield Woods Road.
Galvanized Jazz Band Concert: 7 p.m. The local jazz group performs on Sherman Green, at the intersection of Post Road and Reef Road. The concert is free as part of the Parks and Recreation Departments Summer Concert Series.
