STAMFORD, Conn. — A day after being covered in up to six inches of snow, the sun was shining as hundreds made their way to Downtown Stamford for Saturday’s St. Patrick’s Day parade.

“We are blessed with sunny and warm weather today,” the parade’s Facebook page said.
