FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Chiropractor and dietician Erica Sawers will give a talk at Fairfield Library about how to eat to reduce inflammation, optimize well-being and prevent chronic disease.
She will also talk about managing stress and reframing situations that are perceived as negative.
This program will be Tuesday, Jan. 26, at 7 p.m. in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.
Learn to change the brain with simple exercises and refocus on things that will bring lasting change in life. This presentation is designed to give tools to use on a daily basis for better health and prosperity.
Erica Sawers is a chiropractor and registered dietician in private practice in Fairfield. She has studied health, the body and positive growth for over 15 years. She works with patients at all levels of health to help them create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sawers also writes for online publications such as MindBodyGreen and runs group programs for nutrition and health.
All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free.
