CKC Salon & Keratin Bar Opens In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- CKC Salon & Keratin Bar in Fairfield will be having its official ribbon cutting at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

CKC, which stands for Color-Kerati-Cut, is the brainchild of stylist Ella Sandin.

At the age of 19, Sandin left her home country of Peru and came to the United States to build a career in the salon industry.

Since then, she has earned her way to senior stylist and achieved master level certifications with Wella and Brazilian Keratin treatment.

First Selectman Mike Tetreau will cut the ribbon; everyone is invited to attend the ceremony to help celebrate the official opening. Appetizers and beverages will be served, and those who attend will receive giveaways and coupons.
