FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Visitors checking in to the landmark Motel Hi-Ho won’t be able to check out its iconic sign for a while.
The recently refurbished hotel is replacing the more than 55-year-old neon sign with a more modern LED model, according to Connecticut Post.
Though it will look a lot like its predecessor, the new sign will replace “Motel” with “Hotel” and “Restaurant Cocktail Lounge” will become “Barcelona Wine Bar.”
