The sessions are on the following days and times:

These sessions are designed for students and families in the process of exploring available transition programs and services. Each session will help answer common questions parents and guardians have about the next steps for their sons or daughters as they begin to age out of school.
Representatives from Vista will provide an overview of transition programs, independent living for young adults and factors to consider when looking into potential programs and services.
Light refreshments with be served at both sessions.
Vista has been providing services and resources to assist individuals with disabilities for more than 26 years. Accredited by the National Commission for the Accreditation of Special Education Services, Vista has campuses in Westbrook, Madison and Guilford.
Its population is comprised of individuals with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, seizure disorders, traumatic brain injuries, intellectual disabilities and ADHD. Last year, Vista provided services to more than 300 individuals and their families.
