Author Speaks At Friends Of Fairfield Public Library Annual Meeting

FAIRFIELD, Conn.-- Fairfield resident Deborah Henry, author of The Whipping Club, will speak at the Friends of the Fairfield Public Library annual meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m.

The meeting, which will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the group's formation, will be a festive event with a champagne reception for current and prospective members.

Henry's presentation will follow the business portion of the meeting, which will include the election of the proposed slate of Board of Directors for 2013-14.
