Expert To Demystify College Admission Process At Fairfield Library

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield Public Library is hosting "Demystifying the Admissions Process: Finding Your College," a Getting Ready for College Program, on Wednesday, March 16.

College search expert Mary Spiegel will return to lay out the best practices for getting into the colleges that best fit your needs. She will cover the search process and provide an overview of the steps and strategies to use to create a plan for success in the coming months and years.

Spiegel is a certified educational planner with 20 years of college admissions experience, both as a director of admissions and as an independent educational consultant.

This program is designed for high school students and their parents. Registration is requested: do so here. The session will run from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, at 1080 Old Post Rd.

Other Getting Ready for College Programs this spring include "What it Takes to AP!" on Thursday, March 24, and "Why Choose a Community College?" on Tuesday, March 29.
