Fairfield Public Library Presents Fashionable Recycling Craft Session

FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- If you've ever wondered what you can do with an old pair of jeans and old dress shirt, then you should attend the "turn trash into cool" Sewing Studio 102 session to find out.

The sewing session will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library. Guest presenter Dana Finkle majored in apparel design with a minor in journalism at the University of Delaware. She is a Fairfield native and is the assistant editor at Threads Magazine. Finkle has designed a wallet cellphone case using recycled material for the Library’s Sewing Studio. 

Advanced registration is required due to limited space. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
