The dinner will be served at First Presbyterian Church, located at 2475 Easton Turnpike in Fairfield.
Chili variations will include turkey, beef and vegetarian dishes, and hot dogs will be served for kids. There will also be cornbread, chips, salad and dessert available.
Boy Scouts will also have a chili competition, and attendees will vote for the winner.
The dinner was created by former Scout Ryan Merole in honor of Jim Callahan, a Scout master who died suddenly. The first dinner raised enough for a new lean-to at Camp Sequassen in Callahan's memory, and this year's dinner will raise money for new camping equipment.
Tickets are $5 each, with a max of $20 per family. Checks can be made payable to Boy Scout Troop 10.
