The Apprentice Company presented “All’s Well That Ends Well” on June 16 in the Pequot Library Auditorium, 720 Pequot Ave., Southport.

The troupe rewrote the hour-long play for kids ages grade through middle school. It’s designed to teach children about the play in advance to make it more accessible later in life, said the library in a statement.

The Apprentice Company also performed “All’s Well That Ends Well” throughout the month of June at Rowayton's Pinkney Park in Norwalk, Conn.
