  • Chip’s Family Restaurant, a landmark on Tunxis Hill Cut Off,  hosts a Thanksgiving Day breakfast to benefit the Fairfield-based nonprofit Operation Hope.
  • A Norwalk man Luis M. Contreras, 29, was killed after he lost control of his car and was ejected in a one-car crash on Route 7 near the interchange with Interstate 95 in Norwalk, Connecticut State Police said.
  • Fairfield University has decided to use a gift of $5 million from an anonymous donor to continue to make improvements at the campus recreation complex.
  • Two employees at a Norwalk gas station were robbed at gunpoint and police are seeking the public's help in identifying the suspects.
