Divers Continue Work On Southport Harbor In New Year

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - After weather stalled work on the mooring systems in Southport Harbor, the Fairfield Harbor Management Commission announced that work would restart Thursday, Jan. 2.

Northeast Diving Services had to cease work on the mooring systems in December because of poor weather conditions. 

Boaters are asked to keep out of Southport Harbor while this work is in progress. Flags will be in the water to mark the location of the divers while they perform this work.
