Fairfield Police Offer Residents Rides To Check Homes

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – If you’re a Fairfield Beach Road residents who has not been able to return home because of the flooding, the Fairfield Police are offering an opportunity for you to drive by your property to check on the damage.

Police will take residents on the western portion of Fairfield Beach Road to the flooded street on a military vehicle Thursday afternoon. Those interested should meet at the rear parking lot of Fairfield Ludlowe High School between 2:30 and 4 p.m., Thursday.
