In the “Food and Drink” section, Super Duper Weenie was chosen for “best French fries,” the Fairfield Cheese Co. was picked for “best cheese selection,” Molto was voted “best small plates menu” and Isabelle et Vincent was named “best patisserie.” Several chains with locations in Fairfield also took honors, including Chip’s Family Restaurant (best pancakes), Whole Foods Market (best salad bar), Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana (best pizza) and Trader Joe’s (best munchies).

Two Fairfield spots were singled out in the “Nightlife” category. Southport’s Gray Goose Café received the honor of “best martini.” And Barcelona Wine Bar, along with its sister sites across the state, has the “best sangria,” according to the magazine’s voters.
