I-95 Reopens After Early Morning Greenwich Crash

GREENWICH, Conn. — The truck crash near exit 5 on I-95 southbound in Greenwich has been cleared, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s Twitter account.

Original Story: GREENWICH, Conn. — A FedEx truck went off the road near Exit 5 on I-95 southbound in Greenwich Wednesday morning, State Police said.

At around 7 a.m. the Exit 5 ramp was closed as well as the right lane, police said. It should take another couple of hours to clear the accident, police said.

There were no injuries, and the cause of the incident is unknown and still under investigation, police said.
