FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Sunny skies will give way to increasing clouds and showers after 5 p.m. Monday in Fairfield County, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures are expected to climb into the lower 70s before the rain rolls in. Chance of rain is 30 percent.
The wet weather will stick around on Tuesday morning with a 60 percent chance of showers before 1 p.m.
Skies are expected to clear out Tuesday afternoon with highs of about 74.
Sun is expected to stay through the rest of the week and into the weekend.
