Watkins, 32, a Norwalk resident, could spend nine months to four years behind bars under the plea agreement she accepted Thursday in state Superior Court, according to the Advocate.
The agreement calls for her to be placed on the state's Sex Offender Registry for 10 years, the Advocate said.
She had faced additional criminal charges of providing marijuana to two of her male students, which they said they smoked both on and off school property.
Watkins will be sentenced in Stamford Superior Court on Jan. 22.
The sexual encounters occurred in her vehicle during school hours but not on school grounds, police said. She also sent sexually explicit text messages to the teen and allowed him to use her car even though he didn't have a driver's license, police said.
The teen tried to break off the relationship but Watkins assaulted him, police said, threatening to fail him if he didn't continue their relationship.
She also provided the 18-year-old and a 15-year-old with marijuana that they would smoke both on and off school property during school hours, police said.
A search of her cellphone discovered more than 2,000 text messages and hundreds of calls between Watkins and the 18-year-old, police said. The cellphone also contained evidence of the sexually explicit text messages that were sent by Watkins, police said.

Principal Donna Valentine and Assistant Principal Roth Nordin were arrested in October and charged with failing to tell the state Department of Children and Families about the allegations in the case.
In November, Valentine and Nordin were granted accelerated rehabilitation, which would allow criminal charges to be wiped from their records if they avoid any legal trouble within the next two years. Both remain suspended from work with the Stamford school system.
