Woman Charged with Punching Fairfield Bouncer

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – A New York City woman was charged with a breach of the peace early Monday morning at a Fairfield bar.

Kaley Gibson, 23, allegedly punched a bouncer at the Seagrape Café during an argument, police said.

Gibson’s boyfriend was escorted out the bar’s back door at about 1 a.m. Monday, after refusing to leave at closing time, police said. Gibson, who had already left, allegedly pushed her way through the crowd and approached the bouncer. She then punched the man in the face after he attempted to get her to leave the bar again, according to the police report.

Gibson was issued a misdemeanor summons for a breach of the peace. She is due to appear in court June 6.

The following items also were reported by Fairfield police:

? Pasquale Raffone, 47, of Shelton was charged with fifth-degree larceny Saturday afternoon. Store security at Home Depot on Grasmere Avenue told police Raffone attempted to steal two skylights, valued at a total of $886, from the store. He was released on a $1,000 bond, and is due in court June 1.

? Perla Campos, 31, of Bridgeport was charged with a breach of the peace after punching her ex-boyfriend in a Fairfield parking lot, police say. The two ran into each other at the Old Navy on Black Rock Turnpike, and got into an argument outside, according to the police report. She allegedly slapped him and punched him in the face during the fight. She was released on a promise to appear in court and is due in court Monday,
