She was a daughter of Peter and Rose Zampredri.
In her earlier years, Arnold worked at McKesson Labs and was also a saleswoman with Hallmark Cards.
Survivors include one son, Robert M. (Andrea) Arnold of Southport; one daughter, Sandra Arnold (James Ginocchio) of Fairfield; one brother, Peter (Marcia) Zampedri of Easton; one sister, Shirley (Jack) Lumley of Fairfield; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Robert C. Arnold; and one sister, Marie George, are deceased.
Calling hours are 4-7 p.m. today, Monday, March 30, at the Shaughnessy Banks Funeral Home, 50 Reef Road, Fairfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Holy Family Church, 700 Old Stratfield Road, Fairfield.
Interment will be private.
