FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Beverly J. Bieling of Fairfield died Aug. 25. She was 74.
Bieling was born Sept. 10, 1938, in Bridgeport, daughter of Charles and Helen Bencze Sander. A lifelong resident of Fairfield, she graduated from Roger Ludlowe High School in 1957. She worked as an office manager for Wade's Dairy for many years, and retired from Rhone-Poulenc Company.
Bieling is survived by her daughters, Beverly Greenop (Wesley) of Fairfield, Laura Bieling of Fairfield; two granddaughters; sister, Judy Sampson, of Fairfield; siblings-in-law, Gerald Bieling, of Huntington, Catherine Fratino (Louis) of Westport, and Donald Bieling, of Norwalk; several cousins; and nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Edward F. Bieling
Calling hours Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. The funeral will take place Thursday, Aug. 29 at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home, and at 10 a.m. in Assumption Church, Fairfield. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
