FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Charles Peter Neverdousky, Sr., died Oct. 18. He was 80.
Neverdousky was born to Joseph and Anna Neverdousky and was a lifelong resident of Fairfield. He attended Fairfield Preparatory High School and served in the United States Army and in the Korean War. Upon returning home from Korea, he worked for his father, Joseph Neverdousky & Sons, Inc. building residential homes in Fairfield County.
Neverdousky is survived by his son, Charles (Cheryl Langille) Neverdousky, Jr. of Pompano Beach, Fla.; daughters, Nancy (John) Rudnik of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Rosanne (Bruce) Beals of Sacramento, Calif.; four grandchildren; brother, James (Mary) Neverdousky; many nieces, nephews; and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Margaret (Margie) Dolores Salik; brothers, Peter and Joseph; and sister, Carol Soracco.
Calling hours are Saturday, Nov. 16 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Shaughnessey Banks Funeral Home , 50 Reef Road in Fairfield Center. Interment will be private.
