FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Donald V. DePasquale of Fairfield died Sunday, Sept. 29. He was 91.
DePasquale was born Aug. 15, 1922, in Mount Vernon, N.Y., son of Dominic and Rose DePasquale, he had been a lifelong Mount Vernon resident prior to moving to Fairfield in 1990. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and graduated from New York University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in accounting. He worked for many years in internal auditing in New York City and Westchester. He was a member of the Italian Civic Association in Mount Vernon.
DePasquale is survived by his daughters, Susan Baudier (David) of Williamsburg, Va., and Joan Huff (Steven) of Fairfield; and four grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Eleanor Marie DePasquale; and brother, Carmine DePasquale.
Calling hours are Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, Oct. 3 at 11:30 a.m. meeting directly at St. Pius X Church, 834 Brookside Drive, Fairfield. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Fairfield.
