FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Douglas Wayne Long, 51, of Fairfield, died Tuesday, May 26.
Born in Norwalk, he was a Fairfield resident for more than 30 years. He owned and operated Douglas W. Long Landscaping and Design.
Survivors include his mother, Terri Supple of North Haven, Conn.; his son, Shawn Long of Pinehurst, North Carolina; a brother, Michael Long and his wife Pat of Bridgeport; and his sister Linda Long of Naugatuck
He was predeceased by his father, Larry Long; stepfather, Mike Supple; and one brother, Gerald Grauer.
The family will receive visitors Tuesday, June 2 from 5-7 p.m. at the Fairfield Funeral Home of Edmund W. Dougiello, 36 South Pine Creek Road. Committal will be private.
