Falvey was born March 14, 1923, in Bridgeport, to Earle Sr. and Bette Falvey. A graduate of the University of Bridgeport, he worked for Sikorsky Aircraft for 29 years before his retirement.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Navy League, Disabled Veterans, Port 5, Eastern USA Chapter of the Sub Vets WW II, Stratford Senior Men's Club and Sikorsky Retirees Men's Club. He sang in the Sacred Heart Church Choir and the Fairfield Community Choir..
Falvey is survived by his wife, Gabrielle; brother, Thomas Jordan of Madison; sister, Barbara Falvey of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and sister, Marilyn Whitely.
Calling hours are Tuesday, Oct. 14, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 10:30 a.m. directly in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford, with military honors.
