Elaine Kanner, 82, Of Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – Elaine Kanner of Fairfield died Sept. 22 at her home. She was 82. 

Kanner was born in Bridgeport to Jacob and Gertrude Minster Levin. She was predeceased by her husband, Irving Kanner, in 1986.

She is survived by two daughters, Aimee (Matthew) Chen, of Fairfield, and Janice Korchman, of Milford, Conn.; a brother-in-law, Eugene (Lillian) Kanner; two sisters-in-law, Sandra Levin and Ruth Levin; three grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Abraham L. Green and Son Funeral Home in Fairfield. Burial will follow at Beth El Cemetery in Fairfield.
