Kinzler is survived by her children, David Rutkin (Elizabeth) of Virginia Beach, Va., and Wendy Rutkin of Manhattan; stepson, Peter Kinzler (Ginny) of Alexandria, Va.; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are Thursday, Oct. 23, from 6 to 10 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 250 E. 65th St., NY, N.Y. Graveside services at 1 p.m. at B'Nai Israel Cemetery, 117 Kings Highway, Fairfield.
