FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Joan Kemp Seeber, the loving and devoted mother of Kemp, Dede and Louise, passed away after a long illness July 6, 2015.

A memorial Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St Anthony of Padua Church, 149 S. Pine Creek Road, Fairfield with Father John Baran officiating. Her entombment in Mountain Grove Mausoleum will be private.
